অবৈধ সরকারের পতন ও গণতন্ত্র পুনরুদ্ধারের দাবিতে রাজধানী ঢাকায় সর্বাত্মক লকডাউন কর্মসূচি পালিত হবে।
নির্দেশনা:
* অফিস-আদালত, দোকান-পাট, যানবাহন, কলকারখানা বন্ধ রেখে রাজপথে নেমে আসতে হবে।
* অবৈধ ক্ষমতা দখলকারী ইউনূসকে পদত্যাগে বাধ্য করতে হবে।
* ১০, ১১, ১২ ও ১৩ নভেম্বর (সোম, মঙ্গল, বুধ ও বৃহস্পতি) দেশব্যাপী জেলা, মহানগর ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ে বিক্ষোভ ও প্রতিবাদ মিছিল অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে জনাব ড.রাব্বি আলম পিএইচডি বলেন আজ ৪ নভেম্বর বাংলাদেশ সংবিধান দিবস। ১৯৭২ সালের এই দিনে গণপরিষদে বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান গৃহীত হয়।
মুক্তিযুদ্ধকালীন যেসব মৌলিক আইনের মাধ্যমে দেশ পরিচালিত হতো স্বাধীনতার পর ১৯৭২ সালের ১১ জানুয়ারি সেসব আইনকেই একটি প্রজ্ঞাপনের মাধ্যমে অস্থায়ী সংবিধান হিসেবে গ্রহণ করা হয়।
১৯৭১ সালের ১০ এপ্রিল গঠিত মুজিবনগর সরকার ঘোষিত স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণাপত্রের আলোকেই হয় বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান। বঙ্গবন্ধু নির্দেশ দেন যত দ্রুত সম্ভব সংবিধানের খসড়া চূড়ান্ত করতে।
সংবিধান প্রণয়নের উদ্দেশ্যে ১৯৭২ সালের ১১ এপ্রিল ৩৪ সদস্যের একটি কমিটি গঠন করা হয়। মাত্র ১০ মাসের মধ্যে জাতিকে সংবিধান উপহার দেন বঙ্গবন্ধু। এর আগে পৃথিবীর কোন দেশ এতো কম সময়ে সংবিধান প্রণয়ন করতে পারেনি।
তিনি আরো বলেন যেখানে শ্রমিকের ঘামে তিলে তিলে গড়ে ওঠা কারখানা বন্ধ হয়, সেখানে স্বপ্নও বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। শ্রমিক হারায় রুটি-রুজি, পরিবার হারায় ভবিষ্যৎ।
দখলদার ইউনুস সরকারের ‘উপহার’ যদি হয় বন্ধ কারখানা, বেকার শ্রমিক আর নিরাপত্তাহীন নারী—তাহলে এই উপহার জাতির জন্য অভিশাপ!
কারখানার গেট বন্ধ, মায়ের চোখে জল, শিশুর হাতে খালি থালা—
এই বাস্তবতা শুধু অর্থনৈতিক ক্ষতি নয়, এটা এক জাতির ভাঙ্গা মেরুদণ্ডের প্রতিচ্ছবি। শ্রমিকের সাথে বিশ্বাস ঘাতকতা করা মানে দেশের ভবিষ্যৎকে অন্ধকারে ঠেলে দেওয়া।
এভাবে দেশের অর্থনীতির মেরুদণ্ড ভাঙ্গার দায় অবশ্যই দখলদার ইউনুস সরকারকে নিতে হবে।
এখন সময় নীরবতা ভাঙ্গার—ন্যায়,অধিকার ও মর্যাদার জন্য একসাথে দাঁড়ানোর।

Bangladesh wants Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina
Bangladesh is facing a difficult time today where the common people are living in fear, panic and uncertainty.
Since the current interim government led by the so-called Dr. Muhammad Yunus took over the responsibility of running the country, repression, unjust arrests, oppression, extortion, murder, rape, robbery – everything has increased manifold. And this situation clearly reminds the people of the country of the days of misrule of the previous BNP-Jamaat alliance government, when militant activities rose to the top and pushed the country towards darkness.
The country in the vortex of militancy and anarchy——
The way the poisonous tree of militancy spread in Bangladesh during the BNP-Jamaat government in 2001-2006, it is being repeated today during the Yunus government. JMB, Harkatul Jihad or other extremist organizations are becoming active again.
Weapons training is being organized under the cover of mosques and madrasas, extremist ideology is being spread. The law and order forces have become ineffective, but at times they are harassing the common people. This is increasing the morale of the militants, and the common people are suffering from panic.
BNP-Jamaat’s misrule is repeated——
The country’s economy is currently on the verge of collapse. On the one hand, foreign investment has decreased, while on the other hand, local business and trade are also in a severe recession. The government’s failure to control the rise in prices of goods in the market has made the lives of the common people miserable. Small traders are closing their businesses for fear of extortion, industrial production is declining. The export sector is in crisis, and farmers are not getting a fair price for their produce. This collapse of Bangladesh’s economy has made the people even more anxious about the future.
The repression of the Yunus government and the rise of militants have turned Bangladesh into a virtual paradise for crime. Murder, rape, robbery, kidnapping have become daily occurrences. The law enforcement agencies are working under political orders, and instead of punishing criminals, they are often becoming their protectors. As a result, the common people are being deprived of justice and are worried about their own safety.

In these dark times, the people of the country are remembering the development journey of Sheikh Hasina. Under her leadership, Bangladesh gained recognition as a role model of development in the world.

The people of Bangladesh are once again realizing that a responsible leadership like Sheikh Hasina is essential for development, stability and security. She is not only a symbol of development, but she is the bulwark of the forces supporting the liberation war, the protector of democracy. The people are once again looking to Sheikh Hasina to get rid of the chaos and anarchy that has arisen in her absence.
Today’s Bangladesh is stuck in a spiral of oppression, militancy, crime, extortion and uncertainty. People’s dreams are being shattered, the future is dark. However, the path of progress that Bangladesh started on under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina can be the only path to liberation. Therefore, the people of the country demand that this oppression should end, that the reign of militancy and crime should end, and that Sheikh Hasina should once again take the helm of the state to restore the continuity of development.

আজ ৩ নভেম্বর বাংলাদেশের ইতিহাসে এক অত্যন্ত মর্মন্তুদ, বেদনাবিধুর ও কলঙ্কিত দিন। ১৯৭৫ সালের ১৫ আগষ্ট জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধুকে সপরিবারে হত্যা করার পর তাঁর রাজনৈতিক সহকর্মীদের কারাবন্দী করে ঘাতক দল। এই দিনে স্বাধীনতা বিরোধী ঘাতকচক্র বঙ্গবন্ধুর আজীবন রাজনৈতিক সহযোদ্ধা ও মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অস্থায়ী সরকারের প্রধান নেতৃবৃন্দ সর্বজনাব সৈয়দ নজরুল ইসলাম, তাজউদ্দীন আহমদ, ক্যাপ্টেন এম. মনসুর আলী এবং এ এইচ এম কামারুজ্জামানকে ঢাকা কেন্দ্রীয় কারাগারের নিরাপদ প্রাচীরের ভেতর নৃশংসভাবে হত্যা করে।
এই জেলহত্যা শুধু চারজন ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা নয়; ছিল মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনা, স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশের আদর্শ ও গণতান্ত্রিক রাষ্ট্রব্যবস্থাকে নিশ্চিহ্ন করার গভীর ষড়যন্ত্রের অংশ। এই হত্যাকাণ্ডের মধ্য দিয়ে দেশকে নেতৃত্বহীন করে মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অর্জন ধ্বংস এবং পরাজিত শক্তিকে পুনরায় রাজনীতিতে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার পথ উন্মুক্ত করা হয়েছিল।
জাতির পিতার পরম বিশ্বস্ত এই চার জাতীয় নেতা বঙ্গবন্ধুর স্বপ্ন ও আদর্শ বাস্তবায়নে নিজেদের জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছেন। মুক্তিযুদ্ধ চলাকালীন সময়ে বঙ্গবন্ধু যখন পাকিস্তানের কারাগারে বন্দী তখন এই জাতীয় নেতাগণ প্রবাসী সরকারের নেতৃত্বে থেকে যুদ্ধ পরিচালনা, কূটনৈতিক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পরিমণ্ডলে বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতার পক্ষে জনমত সৃষ্টিতে অসাধারণ ভূমিকা রেখেছিলেন। তাঁদের দেশপ্রেম, নিষ্ঠা, সততা ও আত্মত্যাগ আমাদের জন্য অনুকরণীয় দৃষ্টান্ত হয়ে থাকবে।
আমি গভীর শ্রদ্ধার সঙ্গে ৩ নভেম্বরে শহিদ জাতীয় নেতাদের প্রতি বিনম্র শ্রদ্ধা জ্ঞাপন করছি।
এই দিন আমাদের শপথের দিন—
“আঁধার কেটে ভোর হোক
বাংলাদেশ চিরজীবী হোক”
আমরা কোনো ষড়যন্ত্র, মিথ্যাচার বা সন্ত্রাসের কাছে নত হব না। আমরা বঙ্গবন্ধুর আদর্শে উদ্বুদ্ধ হয়ে দারিদ্র্য, বৈষম্য ও দুর্নীতি মুক্ত একটি সুখী, সমৃদ্ধ ও আধুনিক বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তুলব—যে বাংলাদেশ হবে মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনায় উদ্ভাসিত।
