1️⃣ The Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, MP, President of the Bangladesh Awami League, remains the elected and legitimate Prime Minister of Bangladesh until 2029.

2️⃣ Immediate reinstatement of the People’s Leader, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, as the constitutional head of government.

3️⃣ The next National Election of Bangladesh shall be held in 2029, as per the democratic constitutional timeline.

4️⃣ All masterminds and conspirators behind the July–August 2024 political coup and violence must be brought under the full force of law and held accountable through proper judicial process.

5️⃣ All individuals and entities involved in the unconstitutional “July Charter” must face the highest legal consequences for violating the Constitution of Bangladesh.

6️⃣ Full rehabilitation and reinstatement of all Awami League members, freedom fighters, and pro-liberation forces who suffered persecution or displacement.

7️⃣ The Ministry of Law and its associated agencies must ensure strict legal action against all violators of the Constitution — including those who have engaged in anti-state and anti-liberation propaganda.

১। বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগ সভাপতি শেখ হাসিনা এম পি ২০২৯ সাল পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশের নির্বাচিত প্রধান মন্ত্রী।
২। জননেত্রী শেখ হাসিনাকে প্রধান মন্ত্রী হিসাবে পুনঃস্থাপন করা।
৩। বাংলাদেশের আগামী জাতীয় নির্বাচন ২০২৯ সালে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
৪। ২০২৪’ র জুলাই–আগস্টের ষড়যন্ত্রকারী ও নেতৃত্বদানকারী সকলকে আইনের আওতায় এনে শাস্তি প্রদান করা।
৫। সংবিধান অবমাননাকারী জুলাই চার্টারের সংশ্লিষ্টদের সর্বোচ্চ আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
৬। বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগসহ স্বাধীনতার স্বপক্ষের সকলকে পুনর্বাসন করা।
৭। আইন বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়, আইন সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল বিভাগ, দপ্তর অবমাননাকারী ডক্টর আসিফ নজরুল ও তাজুল ইসলামসহ সকলকে সংবিধান পরিপন্থী কার্যক্রমের সাজা প্রদান করা।
